Get answers to common questions about Basic Facial.
During your Basic Facial, a licensed esthetician will cleanse, exfoliate, perform extractions if needed, and apply calming masks and serums. You’ll receive a gentle facial massage and tailored product recommendations to leave skin refreshed, hydrated, and glowing.
Most Basic Facials last 45 to 60 minutes, giving enough time for a personalized cleanse, mask, and soothing massage. Longer sessions may be available if you want added treatments, extractions, or extended relaxation.
Yes. We customize the Basic Facial using gentle, fragrance-free products and techniques to minimize irritation. Please inform your esthetician about allergies, medications, or skin conditions so we can adjust the treatment for safety and comfort.
For maintenance, schedule a Basic Facial every 4 to 6 weeks to support skin renewal and hydration. Your esthetician will recommend a frequency tailored to your skin type, concerns, and at-home skincare routine.
Light makeup can be applied after your facial once the skin has absorbed products, but we recommend waiting at least 30 minutes. We also offer professional makeup services if you’d like application for a special event.
Avoid heavy exfoliation, hot saunas, and direct sun for 24–48 hours. Use gentle cleansers, SPF, and the recommended moisturizers. If you experience irritation, contact us for guidance; most effects are temporary and part of the renewal process.
